Performance Training

Performance Training is ideal for anyone who has completed rehab with physical therapy, but now wants to train harder and build resilience. This is lead by a doctor of physical therapy who already knows your strengths and your weaknesses. Who better to take you to the next level than the provider who got you back into the gym?
