Dr. Alex Denny, the newest member of Snowbeast Performance, is dedicated to team building and community strengthening. With a background in strength and conditioning along with specialized training in orthopaedic physical therapy, Alex brings valuable expertise to the team. His experience includes four years of lacrosse at Castleton University and three years as head strength and conditioning coach at Killington Mountain School, working with elite snowsports athletes. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist along with a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College, Alex has extensive knowledge in sports medicine. A Vermont native, Dr. Angie grew up embracing an active lifestyle—playing soccer and tennis, golfing, paddle boarding, biking, and running. After starting a career in the pharmaceutical industry, she shifted paths to pursue physical therapy, driven by a desire to support others in feeling better and building healthy, sustainable habits.
Angie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont and brings a well-rounded, movement-focused approach to patient care. She is a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, previously held a USA Weightlifting Level 1 certification, and is currently pursuing a CSCS certification to deepen her knowledge in strength and performance training.
